They are shown a button linking to your public Google review page (or any platform you choose).
What happens when a customer selects a 1 to 3 star rating?
They see a private feedback form. Submissions are emailed to you, not posted publicly.
Can I white label this for clients?

Can I cancel at any time?

What counts as a submission?
